Donald Trump's multi-component conspiracy plan to hold onto power had many pieces that depended on key Trump-appointed role players, heading key government agencies, who were to enact new policies, or directly act, to obstruct and terminate the lawful transfer of power to a possibly new political administration outcome of the 2020 presidential election. If visibly legal means to stop the electoral process didn't work, then the plan was to have an insurrection grab of power by a pre-organized mob that would invade the halls of Congress and stop the January 6, 2021, Congressional formal 'certification' of the Electoral College Ballots.

The Jan6 insurrection plan seems to have been copied from one of Trump's rare book readings, and political heroes, Mein Kampf, written by Adolph Hitler during his 1923-24 imprisonment in Germany for treason and sedition attempt to overthrow Germany's democratic Weimar Republic.

Trump's attempt to take over the election process was (and remains) a well-imagined and dangerous plan whose structure and players remain in place because of the due process legal protections in the American Constitution. Memories of Weimar?

The continuation of the Trump presidency (in one form or another) depended on the success of several components and multiple players playing their part in a plan that depended on the coordination among many agencies and a bag load of key co-conspirators and emergency appointees. 

The Trump Plan was to compromise key government agencies such as the Dept of Homeland Security (DOJ and Secret Service head and agents), and other agencies - following a template of presidential replacement of department heads who would initiate agency changes although legitimate would nevertheless obstruct or call into question voting access and ballot certification across the country. As designed, the plan appeared to be within the legal powers of Trump's presidential authority. 

Trump's plan depended on cooperation (collusion) from compromised federal and state agencies and actors ...including Homeland Security, DOJ, Secret Service, and Congress itself; and also depending on the 'cooperation' (collusion) of state governors, attorneys general, legislators, etc. 

A key target in that plan was and remains the US Postal Service. Trump planned to defund the postal service in order to obstruct and slow down the November voting and election process by impairing the US Postal Service's capability to handle the flow and volume of postal items on election day. The plan apparently began with the May 16, 2020, appointment of Trump donor, Louis DeJoy. DeJoy began removing and destroying mail sorting machines and hundreds of postal drop-off boxes which Trump openly touted as his favored postal service measure designed to eventually lead to eliminating mail-in voting in as many states as possible. This program was apparently halted just before the election, but it was seen as too late by many...plus it was resumed after the election so that the slowdown to the election process will continue in magnified form for 2024.

Especially critical to the Plan were the quickly installed new heads of DHS, DOJ, the Secret Service,(and SS agents themselves), and other Trump appointees who (with some few exceptions) then were to play their assigned roles in a pre-planned 'strategy' of obstruction and delay of the Electoral College Count on January 6, 2021. 

The Jan6 House Select Investigation Committee is revealing more and more about Trump's plan to continue his presidency beyond January 20, 2021, through a multi-component conspiracy. 

Trump's role in the Plan was a key one....which was to incite a January 6 mob to 'invade' the Capitol building and stop the formal count of the Electoral College ballots after which Trump was to step up to declare a national emergency and with endorsement from his congressional loyalists he would continue as President...for...let's say, for an extended period of time to be determined., although starting out 'pro-tem'.

If the mob failed to 'remove' (incapacitate or kill ..." by hanging") VP Pence and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, then compromised secret service agents were to move ('kidnap', accidently kill?) Pence to an isolated, emergency (secret) location so then Trump's congressional proxies (eg McConnell, Gohmert, Gaetz, Grassley, Graham, etc) would/could legitimately stop the electoral ballot count, declare the ballots questionable and call for a re-election. Then Trump would hold an emergency televised appearance from the White House (where he anxiously cheered on the insurrection mob) to declare martial law...leading to the suspension of the electoral process.  

Trump would then announce from the White House, that evening, a plan worked out (beforehand?) with his congressional loyalists (and the Supreme Court?) to continue in office pro-tem perhaps in increments of 3 months...but once the plan was in operation, there would be every opportunity, certainly, the purpose, to make permanent the emergency suspension of the transfer of power.  

But the Proud Boys failed to achieve their part, the insurrection, and the Secret Service failed to get Pence into 'that' car, so the Electoral College count was formalized, and the transfer of the presidency occurred.  

This left a big (and dangerous) problem for the insurrectionists: EVIDENCE OF THE INSURRECTION PLAN HAD TO BE ERASED, AND EVIDENCE OF THE ERASURE ITSELF HAD TO BE COVERED UP IN HOPES THAT IT WOULD ALL DIE AWAY AFTER BIDEN TOOK OVER. (

IMO, this hope that 'it would all fade away and be forgotten, was a very reasonable assumption knowing the tendency of the media to forget everything after a standard news cycle - in this case not more than several weeks and certainly not six months, nor the year that it took for DHS to inform Congress that the Secret Service text messages around Jan 6, 2021, had been erased ('legitimately') during a transparent, though irregular, Jan 5-7, wipe of DHS computers and Secret Service agents' personal cell phones. This was carried out. But even though not 'uncovered' until more than a year later, The Jan6 Investigation Committee is energetically examining the intricate workings of Trump's Plan to illegally continue in office..

The Trump Insurrection Plan has sneaky-thinking, 'idea-men' Steve Bannon and Roger Stone written all over it. But it seems that Bannon, Stone, and the other co-conspirators didn't figure on the Jan6 Investigation Committee being enacted, being serious, being impartial...having integrity., and above all being loyal to the nation rather than to an individual. 

But Trump loyalists and insurrection planners then quickly reacted with another plan to neutralize the Jan6 House Select Investigation Committee - by attempting to seed the Jan6 Committee with pro-Trump members such as Jordan, Gaetz, etc. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi quickly saw through that and took steps to select her own bi-partisan panel. who have carefully unstrung the ball of threads Trump and his u..and viola the curtains on the insurrection plan are being drawn aside with increasing speed...revealing a rotten core of insurrectionists and ungloving the fine handiwork of Bannon, Stone, and Trump himself (and others).

The 8th ‘Jan 6 Coup’ televised session on July 23, 2022, brought things Trumpily to a head. America appeared to have run out of excuses to give and listen to, from Trump. Co-Chair Liz Cheney has acquired a razor sharp  deadliness in her summations of Trump's mal-behavior leading to, on and after the attempted coup in Washington DC on Jan 6, 2021.

Co-Chair Liz Cheny wrapped up the 8th Hearing with a brutally direct insight..’can America afford to let Trump slide by with an indictment, or a post-potus impeachment —both ‘punishments which mean serious loss of public face to ordinary Americans but mean nothing more to Trump than than scuff on his gold shoe…or should America ‘bite the bullet’ and hit him where we now know he can be hurt — by cutting off his access to adulation and power by banning him from ever occupying an elected or public position of any kind, ever again?

My answer is FIRST to refer to Trump’s very few heroes, apart from Roy Cohn who some feel rose to the surface of this planet from the left hand ‘pet-stool’ next to the ‘Deev’l’ himself, Adolph HItler whose ‘Mein Kampf’ Trump kept next to his bed and read from to fall asleep many nights.

SECOND, America must accept it was played…hard…like a country rube who wilingly opened his pockets to be robbed by a fast-talking conman. (Rural America, see yourself in that mirror.) [This experience with Trump has been so ‘Oneill-ish’. America’s 21st century experience with Trump was written about in our 19th century ‘American’ literature centering on the con man. 

Where did the con man come from — ”… the complicated nature of American capitalism…depended on people being hustlers in both the positive and the negative sense - The American economy wasn’t built just on good ideas and hard work. It was also built on hope and HYPE”]. 

America played out in real life the classic American stage and book theme of the con man, only a century later than expected, i.e., ‘Trump the River City rip off POTUS’,… ‘yup’ he got us.

My answer in summary, “America, please grow up, wise up, step up and do the right thing — keep Trump away from elections, from public office, from any one or group linked to terrorism or a terrorist listed factor…and especially don’t let him remain near any secret service detail …at least no more than a week at a time…and no repeat assignees.

It’s America’s loss that Napoleonic exileof Trump to some isolated isle is not possible (maybe?). Return is always possible so maybe it’s best to keep the f…r close at hand? Not my problem to solve but personally it will bother me to know Trump is not perfectly bottled up.

Let’s not forget what ‘we’ve’ learned from Trump — he’s a businessman in the classic American theme…we wanted a chance to see ‘what would happen’. Trump’s only qualification was that he was a businessman (or so he claimed…and he apparentlly operated successfully in a world of ‘no holds barred’ real estate capitalism..in New York City, the Bronx, no less…or so we were told and so we believed.

But the reality of Trump, behind his unreality TV show was all smoke and mirrors. Trump’s reality was ‘hide the bottome line and show the sucker no mercy’. Liie today, beg forgiveness tomorrow and the devil take you and yours if you fall for his BS….MEANWHILE JUST BE A GOOD PATSY AND LET’S JUST MOVE ON. America fell for that like a virgin patsy, rubes at a two-tent Carnival. Amd now we’re trying to put things back together…but the hyena still roams around the campfire.

We wanted a businessman and we got one…so let’s shut up, lick our wounds real and mentally and try to move on. Hard message but reality. The answer is to deal out our own reality back on Trump.

BUT…we have to respect the office. We can’t let history decribe how low America sank so we have to salvage some dignity.

So,…Give him his POTUS pension. BUT DO NOT LET HIM NEAR SECRET SERVICE PERSONNEL. Strip him of all other awards, honors and emoluments except the very basic percs.

BUT.. RESTRICT HIM FROM SOCIAL MEDIA FOR 5–10 YEARS, BAN HIM FROM ASSOCIATING WITH ANY ORGANIZATIONS OR PERSONS LISTED AS, OR LINKED TO, DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, OR LISTS,

TRUMP ON THE LOOSE IS A FACTOR AMERICA (as a democracy) IS NOT ABLE TO DEAL WITH. (America as to admit to having been played in order to respond to Trump appropriately.)

In 1923, Germany couldn’t keep Hitler in prison even after a trial and sentencing hm for sedition and treason after he tried to overthrow the Weimar democracy (….they now know better.) AND WHO IS ONE OF THE FEW HEROES TO TRUMP? YUP, OLE ADOLPH…Trump went to sleep evry night after reading from Mein Kampf.

America should also have learned to spot a Neo-Hitler in Trump. YES, Trump! Does Trump have remorse? No…it all in his ‘nature’. Do you let your pet Python crawl around on the floor with your 5 month old baby while you go shopping? NO! Is it remorseful lying there with a big belly when you get home and can’t find Junior? NO!. America fortunately has the chance to mature from Trump and Liz Cheney spoke the truth…we’ve got to handle this as if our democracy is at stake. IT IS!

RANTING, AGAIN, ABOUT YOUNG, WHITE MALE MASS SHOOTERS: HAS AMERICA BECOME A PROSTITUTE CULTURE…IN ADDITION TO BEING A GLOBAL HIGHWAY THIEF

These are thoughts brought on by the recent slurry of mass shootings in Detroit, Wisconsin, and recently on July 4th, 2022, in Highland Park, Illinois. (SEVEN DEAD AND MORE THAN 39 WOUNDED.)  But Higland Park was not a singular American shooting over the Holiday weekend - in Chicago alone, more than 57 people were shot in that time.  But the response is the usual pablum it seems, from conservative media ...  by those droning, thoroughly-practiced voices speaking misinformation from constantly mirror-rehearsed faces that whine, wring hands and gloss over the fact that the shooters are all intentionally targeted and deeply researched and psychologically-profiled naive young brains they feed into…for big bucks…(and Murdoch is not even a natural American nor even a primary citizen of America).  

Oh, America...!. America has sold so much of our souls…to any ‘comer’ with the bucks…is this the definition of a “prostitute culture?” I think so.

Have mass shootings become America's too-real perpetual Halloween reality? It seems so. But what is worse is that the American political 'gear works' are frozen in place, unable to even discuss gun control or even delve into the causes of why is it nearly always the same shooter profile - the young, barely-adult-age white male. This is not coincidental and personally speaking, America's social structure needs to be investigated.

There is something strange, discordant, macabre, frightening, and unsettling why in America, a social and governmental stasis has occurred that seems to block any response to these shootings except to report them as just today's 'fix'....then we move on, expectantly holding our breaths for the next big-box killing. (Sorry, 'Big-Splash' killing.)

This blogger is enraged that the 'Why the killings?' hasn't been discussed, factors identified and solutions proposed. America is not stupid...although it might be venal to the extreme. But too many young white males are drifting off the path and killing too many people in 'one sitting' for these mass shootings not to be linked, 'a thing' unto themselves. Of course, it is all too clear that linking these killings is a taboo thing...there are tender racial-political-religious toes to protect and the NRA listens closely to control-talk...with open and deep pockets to line those of key congressional leaders...and it's all legal. Damn. 

“When are we going to ‘wise up and get very real’ about the actual perps, the puppet masters who fill young (nearly exclusively white) male brains with exaggerated self-images of superiority and exceptionalism over ‘lessers’ (read people of color)? All this seems to lead to self-loathing and destructive emotions among the targeted because they don’t, and can’t, live up to those comic book icons they are supposed to achieve in ‘real’ life? Of course, an adult or very-savvy youngster would know to reject what is obviously hyped to someone else’s advantage …but such ‘street wisdom’ is certainly not a skill of some young, impressionable, dissatisfied raised or living in the sanitized suburbs or in a typical ennui-filled existence of mashed-potatoes, experientially sound-proofed majority race American life. An American wasteland washed over by cacophonous ‘dread’, dread music with satanic under-voiced hints and sometimes explicit urgings to actually use one of Daddy’s deadly-looking gun-case items. Such is American life and such is an example of America’s ticket price to pay for living in the gear-works of the Golem. 

I consider myself a progressive Democrat, I was against executing Dylan Roof (instead of Sean Hannity and ilk). These sole shooter, ‘foundling’ (yet often parent-possessing) white males are set mentally adrift by a constant shit-stream of deliberately misinforming, inciteful BS spouted every day, every hour on the conservative media outlets. Those thoroughly practiced voices, and constantly mirror-rehearsed faces intentionally target and pose for the deeply researched, psychologically-profiled, and naive young brains they feed into…for big bucks…(and Murdoch is not even a natural American nor even a primary citizen of America). 

America has sold so much of our souls…to any ‘comer’ with the bucks…is this the definition of a “prostitute culture?” I think so.

TRUMP & TRUMPISM, FROM A DISTANCE: WE NEED TO OWN UP TO OUR OWN MISTAKE

Donald Trump. For all our sake, it would be nice if we could just throw Trump back into the shark tank he came from and as a country just curl up in some quiet corner to lick America’s wounds from Trump’s rampages through the White House and American political history. (Trump did so much damage....,it's hard to forgive but we could ban  him from running for any public office … ever again...to his and our benefit. We owe this to ourselves, and in a way, to Trump.)

Let’s keep in mind that America (we were all, in some way at least curious) wanted to see what a businessman could do as president. We felt businessmen had an inside track on how to get things done because after all their rich lives, multiple homes, and yachts are earned and sustained by sharp eyed focus and cany insight to bottom line actions… we've heard. 

So we got (elected? maybe) Trump who most of us wanted to see apply those supposedly awesome ‘business moves’ to solve America’s problems. 

And we didn’t have to wait long to see Trump apply his impressive television “Apprentice” mojo to running America…and he did a real job on America, and on Americans. Trump nearly ran America into ruin in a random-walk presidency of self-interest, greed, smoke-and-mirrors, con-man slickness, and maybe even treason. 

Trump was America's "Big Sellout." Trump made America into a grifter's buffet. Trump saw the presidency as a 'magic hat' that made people bow.  America was Trump's open sesame and he was awful.

Within weeks after his inauguration, Trump revealed himself to be frighteningly inappropriate.

Working with Trump as president was like trying to put a leash on a rattlesnake for a walk in the park…not working. 

Trump is a middle feeder from a tank of sharks…not the best like Rex Tillerson, nor the worst, but still an atrocious fit. BUT WE ELECTED TRUMP ...SO IN A WAY WE OWE HIM...SOMETHING.

TRUMP wasn't serious about becoming President. He wanted revenge, the free advertising to be used for other money-making projects and to impress with a title on the mantlepiece.  

And Trump didn’t even know or much care about American history, especially Constitutional history. He thought the White House was just a pad with “old furniture” that he wanted to replace with “modern stuff”.  Trump's wife was equally misplaced and showed it. And his daughter thought “Senior Advisor” was a kind of Disney role where she could hawk her clothing brand and get market advantages…like in China. 

Trump's ransacking sprint through the presidency was a sad, sad moment for America. Kinda wish we could not send Trump to prison or relegate him to a laughable history bookmark. Like a middle-feeder carp, I wish for all our sake, we could just throw Trump back into the shark tank he came from and we could curl up in peace to lick America’s wounds from his rampage.
