Briefly put and wishing to be quick with this suggestion: how should rebuilding Ukraine be done from all the terrible damage done to that country by Russia's unilateral invasion... without Russia having suffered in return across its own boundaries?
Ukraine should be rebuilt using the frozen and sanctioned bank accounts of Russian oligarchs and of the Russian financial system itself. Sanctions should be continued until Ukraine is rebuilt.
(How more cynical and cowardly could Putin be sending missiles and artillery shells from 'off-limits' Russian territory just to destroy Ukraine citizens' homes, hospitals, libraries, museums and theaters?)
